Main House:

The main house floor area is 400 m2 & sleeps 8 in 1 superking bed & 3 queen beds, but there is
ample room for roll away beds (2 are provided & we can source more)
 
The property has it's own generator-which runs everything in the event
of a power outage. We have high power outdoor floodlights which illuminate
the entire house exterior, garage, swimming pool & parking area.

Level 5 smart home security system with IR security cameras.

There is a very effective heating system in the main house which will easily
keep the internal temp at 25-30+ degrees C if the occupants want it that
warm.

Self contained accomodation:

Our detached 100 sqm 2 bedroom (upstairs) guest accomodation, can sleep 8. 2 queen beds, 4 singles. Roll away beds also available if required.

You have your own kitchen, lounge, bathroom and private deck on ground level (overlooking the MX track), TV & wireless broadband.
 
Accomodation Rates:
Our Bed & Breakfast accomodation charges are:

Double per night = $140.00
Single person per night = $80.00,
Extra Adult $70, Extra child $40.
Bed & Breakfast included - additional meals available to guests specifications-at a very reasonable charge.

The owner is a qualified chef & co-owned a fine dining restaurant & a cafe for many years.

Special rate for 2 Families = 2 couples & 4 children/ or 8 individuals wanting to rent the whole unit out incl cooked or continental breakfast $400 per night.

The entire property including the main house is available for rentals of 1 week or more, price on application. The whole property (main house and self contained accomodation) can accomodate 20+ people very comfortably.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's accommodation rate.
Less than 7 days - one night tariff charged
Less than 48 hours or No Show - full amount of reservation charged

Deposit
We require a deposit of 1 nights tariff upon confirmation of booking.
